Featuring an apochromatic design that minimizes axial chromatic aberration to near-zero levels, this lens delivers exceptional image quality. With a total length of just 44mm from the lens mount and a filter diameter of just 43mm, this is a compact medium telephoto the size of a standard 50mm lens. Even with a relatively fast F2.8 aperture the 75mm frameline will not be obstructed.

Apochromatic design
The apochromatic design that makes the on-axis chromatic aberration of RGB, as close to zero as possible.
High performance & compactness
The newly designed optical system uses abnormal partial dispersion lens for 4 out of 7 elements in 6 groups. The clean and simple structure realizes a length of only 44mm long.
Comes with a special metal hood
The included metal screw-on lens hood is specially designed so that only 3 mm protrudes when fitted. This ensures that the viewfinder frame remains visible when the hood is attached.
Manual focus that enables reliable focus operation
By adopting an all-metal helicoid unit processed and adjusted with high precision and high-quality grease that produces an appropriate torque, focusing with a smooth operation feeling and delicate focus adjustment is realized.
Bayonet type VM mount
A VM mount compatible with the Leica M mount is used for the lens mount.
Equipped with a rangefinder interlocking system
The high-precision rangefinder interlocking mechanism enables severe focusing near the maximum aperture.
Full-frame image circle
A generous image circle that supports full-frame 35mm format is secured. In addition, it achieves a very compact style compared to interchangeable lenses for SLR cameras.
