Features
The ULTRON 27mm F2 X Mount is a standard lens designed exclusively for the FUJIFILM X Mount. By designing a maximum aperture value of F2, which is bright enough for practical use, the overall size of the product is compact. The overall length of 23.5mm from the mount makes it highly portable, and the angle of view, equivalent to 40mm on a full-frame equivalent, allows for a slightly wider field of view than a standard lens, making it a versatile lens.
Main Features
Dedicated to the FUJIFILM X mount
Designed exclusively for the FUJIFILM X mount. Optics are optimized for the image sensor of the FUJIFILM X system cameras. This prevents distortion, light reduction, and color casts on the periphery of the image without relying on the camera's optical correction function.
Electronic Contacts for Information Communication with the Bodｙ
The electronic contact enables highly reliable electrical communication between the lens and the camera body. By combining a communication-compatible body and the latest firmware (*1), Exif information, focus check, and shooting distance-linked display are supported, as well as in-body image stabilization and parallax correction for certain models.
Manual focus for reliable focusing
The use of an all-metal helicoid unit machined and adjusted to a high degree of precision and high-quality lubricants which produce moderate torque ensure smooth focusing operation. Subtle focusing adjustment is possible.
Beautiful bokeh effect with 10 aperture blades
A 10-element aperture is used to make the opening formed by the diaphragm blades closer to a circular shape. Out-of-focus areas are rendered naturally, and point light sources are rendered with a soft, rounded bokeh effect.
Directly operated mechanical aperture ring
Like the VM mount and mirrorless mount Voigtländer lenses, the lens employs an aperture ring mechanism that directly opens and closes the aperture. The mechanism has 1/3 stop clicks so you can directly enjoy the feeling of operating it.
Focus Ring for excellent operability.
The lens focus ring is equipped with a lever, for easy and precise control. The approximate focus point, as set by the lever's rotation, can also be determined without looking at the distance scale
MOD 0.25m
Despite its compact style, the minimum focusing distance is 0.25m, making it ideal for tabletop photos of food or your favorite small items.

*2 It is recommended that the depth-of-field display be changed to the film standard (the same value as the depth scale engraved on the product) in the body settings.
*3 Please use the latest firmware as it may not perform as well as the listed firmware or may have limitations in some of the functions. Please check the firmware of the camera body you are using and refer to the body manual to obtain the latest firmware.
*4 When using the X-T2, the aperture value can be displayed in Fno by changing the aperture value display setting from TNo to FNo in the body settings.
*5 When using a camera that does not support electronic communicatiosn, change the "Release without lens" setting to "Permitted" in the body settings.
